The goal is for all orders to ship by mid June! Some delays are to be expected, but if all goes according to plan you should receive your order mid to late June. If anything happens to delay shipping, like manufacturing issues or missing items, I will be sure to let you know though campaign updates. Please see Timeline section for more details.

The Pin/ Item I Want Hasn't Been Unlocked Yet. Shoud I Still Pledge?
Yes! When you pledge, there may still be pin designs or items that haven’t unlocked yet, but if you pledge now instead of waiting for them, you can help us reach the funding goals. If the design you want still hasn’t unlocked by the end of the campaign, there will be one last chance to unlock them in the survey!

Why dyed metal?
Almost all of the previous enamel pins I’ve made have been hard enamel and gold plated, so why change? I wanted to do something a little out of my comfort zone with these designs, and I think the dyed enamel/ screen print style would be a fun challenge!
When first sketching out these pins, I initially tried designing them with the usual gold plating and hard enamel in mind. But with the cute and bright nature of these designs, I decided that dyed metal with screen printed details would work the best for this concept! The limited color pallet and simple, easy forms of the bread beetle really inspired me to challenge myself to make as many of these bugs work with the new material direction, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

I will! Once we’ve unlocked the first few stretch goals, I’ll open up the Pastry Box (6 pins) and Deluxe Pastry Box (12 pins) pledge levels. Both will allow you to get more pins at a discount, and I’ll throw in some extra freebies like stickers and sticker sheets!

Timeline?
Right now, I hope to have the majority of surveys answered by March 7th to get accurate item counts for my manufacturer. After the pin order is placed, it will take between 4 and 8 weeks to make and ship all the pins, then another week or so for me to quality check, short, and count (April to May-ish).During this time I’ll also be placing orders for stickers and packaging, so hopefully everything will arrive around the same time and I can start packing orders for everyone right away. Packing and shipping your orders will take between 2 and 3 weeks!
At the very latest, I hope to have all orders shipped by the end of June/ early July, but if anything changes I will keep you updated!
I’ll keep everyone updated on any manufacturing, delays, and design changes through updates on the main campaign page and through emails.

Why am I being charged for shipping now?
Shipping prices and tariffs have been all over the place lately, so we like to collect shipping fees closer to the time of shipping to charge a more accurate fee. If you add more items to your pledge in the add-on page, collecting shipping after everything has been accounted for makes for a more accurate shipping cost estimate. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
